    Discocactus hartmannii var magnimammus Buining & Brederoo 
    in Discocactus Venlo 1980 blz.199.

     

  • Korte plantbeschrijving HU324 in kultuur

    Diameter van de afgebeelde plant is ca 14 cm. 
    Planthoogte zonder cephalium 7 cm. 
    De kleur van de epidermis is donkergroen. 
    Aantal ribben 12. 
    Aantal areolen per rib is 8. 
    De vorm van de areolen is ovaal. 
    Het aantal randdorens is 5 tot 7. 
    De lengte van de randdorens is ca. 1 tot 2 cm. 
    De vorm van de dorens is licht gebogen en de kleur is licht barnsteen kleurig. 
    De kleur van het cephalium is geelachtig wit. 
    De kleur van de vrucht is wit.

  • Opmerkingen

    Deze soort behoort tot de groep hartmannii evenals mammulosus, bonitoensis en patulifolius.
